How do I sign up?
The best place to start is with a free Discovery Screening (virtual) or 15 minute Mini Meeting with our Team (in-person). You can sign up for a Discovery Screening directly on our website or call us at (916) 287-3230 to schedule a facility tour.
Which Service is right for my dog?
If you're unsure, we recommend starting with a free Discovery Screening. It's a quick phone call where we’ll ask a few questions and point you toward the best option based on your dog’s age, behavior, and your goals.
Where will training take place?
Most services are held at our dedicated Daack Pack Animal Behavior Center. Some consultations may be available virtually or in your home. Excursions from our Membership program take place at local parks and dog-friendly businesses.
What vaccinations are required for our Services?
We require Rabies, DHPP, Distemper and Bordatella and any other vaccinations that have been recommended by your Veterinarian. Canine Influenza is also recommended, but not required. These vaccinations are required for all of our Services that are conducted within our facility.
Do I have to do the onboarding process?
For those interested in boarding, we set you up with a Functional Boarding Assessment. A 6 hour stay with personalized evaluation focused on easing your dog’s transition to boarding through strategic; engagement, alone time, and observations. Includes 2.5 to 3 hours of 1-1 time including timed enrichment, frequent observational collection, and a comprehensive assessment by our applied animal behaviorist to design the best care plan, as well as to ensure that we’re a good fit.
How big are the Kennels?
Our indoor facility features 44 sq ft custom-designed kennels with fear-free handling, specialized enrichment, and Applied Animal Behaviorist oversight—perfect for dogs with anxiety, fear, or special needs.
What is your rescheduling policy?
To provide consistent care to all our clients, we have a strict rescheduling policy. Sessions are non-refundable. In case of an emergency with at least 12 hours' notice, we may reschedule for a fee of $60 per training hour to cover our staffing costs. Please see your service agreement for full details.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer installment plans for any service package over $600.
