Onboarding Services

Thank you for considering the Daack Pack as you look for resources to help you with your training needs. Our goal to create a training plan that is inclusive, collaborative and progress-driven towards you and your animals needs.

To do this, we utilize an onboarding process that is comprehensive.

It’s designed to help us learn everything we can about the dog and the other important variables in the case. We can’t be successful without accurate information. This is true for every case.

Step 1: Discovery Screening

DISCOVERY SCREENING - FREE

The first step for most is a Virtual Discovery Screening.

This is a scheduled 15 minutes over a Video call to learn the basics about your situation and to give you the opportunity to ask us questions about our Services and Business. This is a Self Scheduling service, so you can go to

our website to sign up today.

The Discovery screening can include any of the following:

  • 15 minutes to speak with a Daack Pack team member

  • Follow up Email with further information about Onboarding and Services

  • Meeting our Applied Animal Behaviorist and learning about our approach

  • Asking general questions about our process, training methods, and services

  • Exploring options for support, accommodations, and accessibility

Step 2: Consultation Process

Select the plan that best fits your needs and seamlessly adapts to support your future growth.

  • 2 webinars, on Canine Body Language. We recommend reviewing those before the first appointment.

  • 2-3 protocols for clients to start working on. Introduced during Consultation. Protocols can be more management oriented in the beginning depending on the severity and needs of the case.

  • We recommend a follow up session 1-2 weeks after the last consultation session.

  • Includes; travel time and mileage within 30 minutes,

taxes and fees, limited email support and access to

15 minute courtesy calls. (If home location is more than 15 minute drive,

travel fees will be calculated for any in home

    services.)

Initial Consultation and Assessment

$355

Suitable for all cases. Recommended for cases that are more complex, more severe behaviors ......and/or multi-animal households.

This Consultation process is taught in one (2) hour appointment.

  • The appointment is done In Person at our Animal Behavior Center with a Daack Pack Team member. In this session, we will do some deep dive information gathering, an initial evaluation and expectations for the case, collaboration on an outline for the training plan, etc.

Modified Consultation

$295

Suitable for most cases. Great for those who want to work on basic behavior needs. For cases that have a single behavior concern, less severe behaviors and/or less history of the behavior. Or if you’re looking at getting assessed for

the Training Membership Services but are still interested in Private session.

This Consultation process is conducted in (1) 90 minute appointment.

Extended Consultation

+$150

Add-on Service for Initial Consultation and Assessment only.

Extended Consultations can be great for cases involving multiple animals with behavioral concerns, time sensitive,

or complex cases or in cases where owners feel like they want more exhaustive support up front.

For the additional cost, we increase the session from 2

hours to 3 hours. This gives us time to gather information

for both animals and their specific individual needs.

For inter household conflict, this is highly recommended.

We can make accommodations for in-home or virtual training for accessibility or if the case would be better suited to start in home. Our trainers can address the needs of your dog based on your intake form, if you decide to move forward, and will reach out if they think in-home training would be more suitable for your dog's needs and can pivot the session accordingly.

After the Consultation, a report with our recommendations will be sent to you.

From there, we can get you set up with the follow up services that you select, based on our recommendations.

READY TO EXPLORE

Step 3: Explore Services

Once onboarding is complete, you’re ready to explore the full range of services we offer. From Private Training and Group Classes to Daycare & Boarding, our programs are designed to support your dog’s growth and your peace of mind.
